As the Branch Operations Manager, Cheryl is the first person that you will be in contact with when visiting or calling our office. She is responsible for processing your new account paperwork, verifying the accuracy of your purchase sales, answering any service questions that you may have and taking care of all your account maintenance requests. She is the back-bone behind our operations and one of the most valuable resources in our firm.
Cheryl has been a part of the team at Valley Wealth Advisors since 2006. She has had several years of experience within the financial industry. Prior to joining Tom and VWA, Cheryl worked as a Teller/Customer Service Representative for Dacotah Bank, later moving over to Dacotah Insurance as their Account Manager. Cheryl & Wayne enjoy spending time at their home on Lake Ashtabula with family and friends. Her daughter, Taylor, is a Veterinarian at Southwood Veterinary Clinic in Jamestown and her son, Alec, is an Apprentice Lineman. In her free time, Cheryl enjoys gardening, working in her flowerbeds, and traveling.
