About the Artist

Carol Rogne (Fargo, ND)

Carol is a lifelong North Dakota resident and local artist to the Fargo/Moorhead area. She founded DFC Consultants, a Microsoft Technology company, and managed it for almost 30 years. In 2018, Carol sold DFC to Stoneridge Software and continued working with them as a consultant until the end of 2019. Besides working, Carol loves to paint and travel. She serves on several boards in the community including the Sanford Health Foundation, Plains Art Museum, and the FM Opera Company. Carol is also involved in the Fargo West Rotary Club. Carol and her husband Kent have one son, Steven, who lives in Chicago with his wife, Amber, and their two grandchildren, Oscar and Freja.
