Jen joined the team in 2019 and she is the Branch Operations Manager for our Jamestown office. She is in charge of processing your account paperwork, assisting Erin in answering any questions that you may have, and so much more.
Jen graduated from NDSU with a Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science and worked in that field for 15 years. In 2012, she took an opportunity to work in insurance alongside Erin Lamp and together they make an excellent team. Jen has obtained the following licenses:

Jen and her husband, Brian Van Berkom, moved to Jamestown in 2005. Brian works at Collins Aerospace and together they have three sons. Jen stays busy keeping up with her boys’ activities but also enjoys traveling and spending time at the lake in her spare time.
