Prior to joining LPL, Tom spent several years in the financial planning industry working with a leading life insurance company in Fargo, North Dakota. He graduated from North Dakota State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and a Minor in Finance.

Tom is married to Tara Glandt, who is from Foston, MN. Together, they have three daughters – Kinslee, Collins, and Kenna – who keep their schedules very busy! In Tom’s spare time, he enjoys golfing and attending his daughters’ various activities, and cheering on both the University of Kansas Jayhawks and his alma mater – North Dakota State Bison Football team.
